The Tipperary Inn was renamed after the famous song of the first world war and was formerly called the Plough Inn.
The Williams family moved in to run the pub in 1900. The son, Harry Williams, worked with Jack Judge on his songs. The royalties from one enabled him to buy the inn and rename it the Tipperary Inn.
It has four accommodation rooms.
